The new lodger will HAVE TO BE a tidy individual and ideally a professional, although mature students will also be considered. A female would be preferred, but males can enquire also. Smokers will not be considered. I prefer a movie in, good conversation or a good book over a night out/loudness. Someone with similar characteristics would be a great fit.
