The room is a double bedroom & the flat is furnished with a shared open plan living room/ kitchen. Rent is £650 per month. Deposit of £650 is also required. Bills would be shared on top of this. Available from the 1st June.
Morningside is a lovely area with close proximity to shops, cafes, easy access to buses etc.
I am a trainee lawyer and will be qualifying this September. I am a very tidy and clean person so would like to keep the flat that way. Non-smoker. I am easy going and would be very respectful as a flatmate. I enjoy socialising, going to the gym and going out with friends.
