We are looking for someone to take over our friends room in our shared house. Up for listing is a small but charming bedroom on the third floor, sharing a bathroom with another tenant on the same level.
We are in our twenties so we would prefer occupants closer to our own age but we’re very nice I promise!
The house is situated right on the end of the Lisburn road, a 3 min walk to Balmoral train station, and a 9 route bus stop into town directly outside.
We would prefer for someone to take over occupancy for 12 months, however negotiations can be made with the landlord considering on our urgent situation.
